Dr. Tais Perpetuo, DVM (Medical Director and Partner)

Dr. Tais Perpetuo has a lifelong love for animals, with a special soft spot for dogs and cats. Originally from Brazil, she earned her veterinary degree from Universidade Estadual de Londrina before completing the ECFVG certification program at Kansas State University between 2007 and 2008. She has been a licensed veterinarian in the United States since 2009.

Dr. Tais’s clinical interests include preventive care, dermatology, soft tissue surgery, urgent care, dentistry, and internal medicine. She feels incredibly fortunate to love what she does every day and is committed to clear, compassionate communication with her clients. Her goal is to make every visit as low-stress and comfortable as possible for both pets and their families.

She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, two children, and their cat, Sparky. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking dance classes, and playing beach tennis.
